Engineering and Design Services
Our experienced engineering and design team has the skills, software, and commitment to bring your next fabrication project to reality. With many tools available, our team can provide 3D models, shop drawings, and professionally licensed engineering designs for any of your fabrication requirements.
Quality Assurance
When every last decimal place matters, we have the capabilities to document, inspect, and ensure that our fabrication team is meeting all of your tolerance and quality expectations. Our state-of-the-art laser scanning equipment can document fine details in a short period of time, providing the means to efficiently and accurately inspect a finished product. In addition to our 6-point QA/QC procedures, our in-house AWS CWI and certified NDT technicians can also provide additional services as requested.
Crane Runway Systems
Our crane runway systems are custom engineered and uniquely designed for your specific application. We have many different tools and strategies to work within the constraints of your building to maximize hook coverage while minimizing impact on critical floor space and factory traffic flow. Do you have an existing runway that you are trying to do more with? Our engineering team can reverse engineer an existing runway system and provide solutions to upgrade to a larger capacity or more severe application.
Mezzanines
With a long history supporting our industrial customers, we are certainly familiar with industrial mezzanines. Custom engineered and sturdy-built, our mezzanines are designed to meet AISC specifications as well as state and local building codes. We offer multiple decking materials (plywood, bar grating, diamond plate, or concrete) and many accessories (gates, stairs, ladders, etc.). Need to move heavy material to and from multiple floors? Steel Fabricating and Welding
Our AWS Certified Welders are ready to help with your next project or weldment. Do you need our welding services on site? We operate four fully stocked mobile installation crews based out of Northern Indiana. Our crews travel throughout the country to meet our customers’ needs.
